Evidence Based Rehabilitation to get you back on the trail
A rehab framework is built on strength and conditioning principles paired with years of experience in the clinic.
Whether you’re a runner dealing with an achilles tendon injury or skier rehabbing a torn ACL, successful rehab requires re-conditioning your system for the demands of your sport.
Custom programming built to your needs
From your first 50K trail race to getting ready for the summer enduro season, custom programming matches professional strength and conditioning to your goals, schedule, and equipment availability.
Full access to coaching calls and check ins streamlines communication and keeps your program on track.
The Consult
We discuss your training history, injury history, goals, limitations, and gain insight into what makes you tick and how your performance or rehab program will address these and accomodate your values. The consult can be done in person, over phone, or virtually.
The Assessment
For performance programming, this is a 1-2 week period that includes movement and energy system assessment. The data collected in this period helps to bridge the gap between your limitations and your goals.
For rehab clients, this is either done in person or remotely and the duration is case-by-case dependent on severity, post-operative status, and other factors that may determine if remote services are appropriate.
The Program
The fun stuff. Based on your values, goals, and the data we collect in the assessment, you will receive a program fit for your needs and aspirations. Adjustments are made weekly and program delivery is made through the Train Heroic app.
Trust in the process, work hard, and reap the benefits of patience and commitment. There is no magic pill. No free lunch.
